Is there a minimum contract commitment?
Our standard engagement is a 36-month agreement, providing a stable foundation for rollout, adoption and long-term operational success.
How does billing work as my inventory grows?
Your platform is designed to grow with you. Additional assets can be added at any time and are billed at your contracted rate.
Do you offer implementation support?
Yes. We work closely with every customer to ensure a successful rollout. For larger or multi-site deployments, we can provide dedicated implementation services, including on-site support where required. These projects may include a one-off implementation fee, which will always be agreed in advance.
What exactly counts as an 'asset'?
An asset is any physical item registered and tracked in the Hansel platform, such as loaner trays, implant totes, consignment inventory or medical equipment. As your inventory grows, you simply add more assets to your subscription.
Are users really unlimited?
Yes. Hansel Medical includes unlimited users as standard. Whether you're onboarding sales representatives, operations teams, customer service staff or hospital coordinators, everyone can access the information they need without additional user licensing costs.
Are the Hansel Tags included in the monthly fee?
Yes. Hansel Tags are included as part of your subscription, eliminating the need for an upfront hardware purchase. We retain ownership of the tags and replace them if required throughout your agreement. If your organization prefers to purchase hardware outright, we're happy to discuss alternative commercial arrangements.
