Every company begins with a problem worth solving. 

For Hansel Medical, that problem was the lack of real-time visibility across healthcare logistics. Critical assets were constantly moving between manufacturers, distributors and healthcare providers, yet the information needed to manage those movements often lagged behind.

Rather than creating another standalone tracking product, Hansel was founded to build a connected platform that gives healthcare teams the visibility they need to coordinate every workflow with confidence.

Acceptance into the Techstars accelerator marked an important milestone in Hansel's journey. Working alongside experienced mentors, healthcare leaders and investors provided valuable insight into both the commercial opportunity and the challenges facing the industry.

Equally important were the relationships built with design partners, whose feedback helped shape the platform around genuine operational needs. Those conversations reinforced a key belief: organizations didn't simply need better tracking—they needed better visibility across every workflow.

Healthcare environments are complex, and every deployment provides new opportunities to improve. Working closely with customers and design partners, Hansel continued refining both its hardware and software, validating performance while introducing new features that simplify day-to-day operations.

Each iteration strengthened the platform's ability to integrate naturally into existing workflows, helping teams spend less time managing information and more time delivering care.
