  • What technology do you use?

    Our beacons are designed around Bluetooth Low Energy, a proven technology which makes use of your teams being on site, and in the field with the mobile apps to track assets. Its similar to Apple's AirTag and Tile, but they are designed for healthcare, or the scale your organisation needs.

  • How do I get a demo?

  • Is onboarding and training included?

    Yes. We offer guided onboarding, documentation, and optional live training to get your team up and running quickly. We also give your management teams access to reporting to keep track on the roll out to make sure your entire team is getting the benefit of the Hansel platform.

  • How does your pricing work?

    Our pricing is simple - we charge an affordable amount for each asset you'd like to track on our platform. There are no user-licence costs, so your entire team can benefit with new insights you'll receive. Speak to us about volume discounts or longer contract terms for favourable rates.

  • How is data secured in your system?

    All data is encrypted in transit, using industry-standard SSL. Our API platform is designed with security from the start and we ensure that your data is only seen by you. We follow industry best practices, including role-based access control and regular security audits, to protect your information.

  • What types of assets can I track?

    You can track any asset that you want - including those that need sterilization through an autoclave process. We specialize in surgical instrument trays and implant totes, but if you have a specific requirement for your specific healthcare needs, we are confident we can track it using the Hansel platform.   • Is your platform mobile-friendly?

    Yes - as well as our web platform being fully responsive, allowing you to access it on the move, no matter the device form-factor you're using, we also have mobile applications. Our iOS app is available in the App Store and our Android app is currently in development, launching in H2 2025.
